Building affordable housing that strengthens communities.

SHC develops sustainable housing and community-focused spaces across Edmonton.

Our Story

Soufi Holdings Company was created to respond to a simple but urgent reality: too many people are being priced out of safe, stable housing in the communities they call home.

For us, this work is personal. This is a family-led initiative rooted in giving back to the community we serve and have proudly called home. We believe housing is more than a roof; it’s the foundation for opportunity, dignity, and long-term well-being.

Too many people in our community are working hard, raising families, and contributing every day, yet still can’t find a home they can afford. We’re here to change that. By building quality, inclusive, and affordable homes, we aim to create spaces where people can put down roots, feel a sense of belonging, and build a brighter future.

We’re just getting started, and we’re committed to building stronger communities for generations to come.

The building has been designed to provide safe, stable, and accessible housing in close proximity to transit, services, and essential community amenities.

The design prioritizes long-term affordability, efficient use of space, and a sense of dignity in everyday living.

This project reflects a commitment to thoughtful urban living—where housing is not only functional, but also supportive of community and connection.
